Embodied Ocean speaks to the ocean within us.

Our bodies and our fascia are made up of 70% water. As such, we naturally contain the rhythms of the water on this planet and we are made to move.

In Cranial Sacral we feel the ebb and flow and stillpoint of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), and we refer to the ‘tides’ of the CSF, moving like the rhythm of the sea.

In Conscious Connected Breathwork we connect our breath, moving in and out like waves with no pause, often referred to as the ‘breath of ocean’.

Somatic practice invites us to welcome and flow through all of our varying states of being, as the ocean does, and embrace our whole selves.
